At The Video Game Sleeve Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below. 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

 

1.1. Standard Products 

  • Return Period: You may return unused standard products within 14 days of receiving your order. 

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 

1.2. Customised Products 

  • Customised products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. 

2. How to Request a Return 

2.1. Steps to Return an Item 

To initiate a return, please contact us at meekosmerchandise@outlook.com with the following details: 

  • Your order number. 

  • A brief description of the reason for the return. 

  • If applicable, photos of any damage or defects. 

We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item. 

 

3. Return Shipping 

  • If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

  • If the item is being returned because it is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. 

4. Refund Processing 

4.1. When Refunds Are Issued 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. 

4.2. Refund Amounts 

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds include the cost of the returned item(s). 

  • Exclusions: Shipping costs (e.g., express delivery fees) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items. 

5. Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order. 

6. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: 

  • Customised products (unless defective or damaged). 

7. Damaged or Defective Products 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at meekosmerchandise@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.
